THE PUBLICATION
Yes. Most information about treatments comes from people selling them. We don’t sell treatments, so our job is simply to explain what a treatment involves, what it costs and what to watch for, then leave the decision with you.
GUIDES AND MEDICAL ADVICE
No. Our guides help you understand a treatment well enough to decide whether to look into it further. They aren’t the right fit if you have a skin condition, a reaction or a medical issue. In those cases, please speak with a qualified health professional.
PLEASE NOTE
If you’re dealing with a reaction or a complication after a treatment, don’t wait for a reply from us. Our contact form isn’t for personal medical advice or urgent concerns. Seek help from a health professional directly.
COSTS AND QUOTES
Yes. A real person reads every message, and replies usually come within a day.
You can ask a question a guide doesn’t cover yet, suggest a topic, or tell us about something you think is wrong. It’s free.
We welcome corrections openly. Tell us what you’ve found, and include the source if you have one, so we can check it properly.
