If a guide doesn’t cover your situation, or you’ve spotted something wrong or out of date, write to us. A real person reads every message, and useful questions shape what we write next. It’s free, and you don’t need to have read anything first.
This page explains what to send and what happens to it. When you’re ready, use the contact form.
This is for any reader whose question isn’t covered yet, or who has spotted an error. You can send:
For example: “Can you cover this treatment?” or “Is this information still current?” Before you write, try searching the guides, because your answer may already be there.
If you’re sending a correction, choose “correction” from the topic list and add the page address so we can find it quickly. Corrections are checked against the article and its sources. If a correction holds up, we update the page, refresh its last-reviewed date and note what changed. We’d rather fix a mistake openly than leave it in place.
Good questions are kept as topic ideas. Some become new guides or Journal articles, and some lead us to update an existing guide so it answers the question properly.
If your question asks for personal medical advice, we’ll still reply, but we’ll point you to a GP, dermatologist or registered practitioner rather than answer it ourselves. Where another source covers your question more carefully than we do, we’ll link you to it.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details. We never sell personal details.
We’re a publisher, not a clinic, so some requests are better sent elsewhere:
We’d also ask clinics and brands not to use this channel for guest-post, link-buying or paid-review pitches.
While you wait for a reply, browse the skincare and treatment guides or the cost guide. Your answer may already be there.
